3D Scanning
3D scanning is a non-contact process that captures the physical geometry of an object and transforms it into a digital form. We use cutting-edge Blue Laser Scanning Technology to accurately record millions of data points from the surface of your object.
This data is processed into two key formats:


Point Cloud Data (.ASC)
Mesh File (.STL)
Our scanning solutions cater to all scales—ranging from handheld devices for intricate parts to terrestrial scanners for full-scale industrial environments.
Reverse Engineering
Reverse Engineering is the process of taking physical objects and recreating them as digital CAD (Computer-Aided Design) models. Once the 3D scanning phase is complete, we import the data into reverse engineering software to reconstruct either:

Our Process
We follow a structured, end-to-end process to ensure precision and reliability:
3D Scanning: High-resolution capture of physical geometry using blue laser scanners.
Point Cloud & Mesh Generation: Raw scan data processed into usable 3D geometry (ASC and STL).
CAD Modeling: Creation of accurate Surface or Parametric CAD models using Geomagic Design X and SolidWorks.
CAD-to-Mesh Comparison: Validation of CAD models by comparing them with original scan data and generating a Deviation Report.
2D Technical Drawings: Delivery of 2D drawings, orthographic views, and GD&T for manufacturing.
Assembly Models: If needed, we provide interference-free, fully constrained assemblies with mating features and movement simulation.
